  We bought a Toyota 4Runner from Walkerton Toyota and had a great experience. We had initially been to Strickland's in Stratford and their service was horrible and caused us to leave. I had heard about Walkerton Toyota and the great service so we drove there. We were met by Tony Diaco who treated us fabulously and was able to meet our needs as far as what we wanted in the vehicle and financing. This is a dealership that does it right. Needless to say I will be going back for any future purchases. Thanks Tony.

  Very frustrating experience with Walkerton Toyota. I brought my vehicle in with an engine light on and had to bring it to them 3 times in a row because each time the [same] problem was not solved. They charged me almost $2000 just to get our car back with the same engine light on that we brought it in with. After the third attempt, I realized they were essentially "guessing" and replacing parts in the vicinity hoping that they'd find the problem. Their top mechanic was on the job apparently and when they couldn't figure it out, he decided to replace the car's computer (not covered by warranty). It still wasn't fixed. I then spoke to the service manager "Neil." He was very rude and hot tempered. He didn't listen at all and his 'solution' was for me to take it to another dealership and pay for everything all over again.. not helpful at all. I have heard fine things about Walkerton Toyota's sales side but avoid their service side at all costs. If possible, I'd recommend you take your Toyota/business to Goderich Toyota.

  This is an absolutely amazing place.Great vehicles friendly and fast service. Great sales people and they know there vehicles. Allan Pfeffer is one of those amazing sales representatives. I highly recommend him and this establishment
