    1 star is generous for the unprofessional behaviour exhibited by the person who dealt with a passport renewal there. Surely being called Service Canada a level of "professional customer service" would be required to work there but obviously not. The woman laughed as though she enjoyed hassling people needlessly. Chatted with coworkers unprofessionally and spoke riudely. With the amount of people looking for work in walkerton there are so many more qualified to do her job. How on earth that person still works there is unreal.

    Went in early on a Monday and only had a short wait. The woman that helped me was fairly quick and very friendly. I was in and out in about 10 minutes.
